Qualified Instructor

Owner and Instructor Sean Holland, a 3rd degree black belt and retired electrician, has been studying Tae Kwon Do for 20+ years. With a lifelong interest in Martial Arts, he began his studies at the age of 25 along with his 6 year old daughter in a family oriented class they could attend together. 

Sean also holds black belts in Karate and Japanese Weapons. He won gold medals in sparring and forms, and silver medals in board breaking in the 2004 and 2005 Alabama State Games. He also trained with the World Federal Tae Kwon Do team in 2006.

We train in the Calvary Baptist Church Learning Center as an outreach partnership of the church. All are welcome to join our class regardless of religious preference.
